I see a bit better now what you were trying to say, although I still disagree on the crew points thing. I think if anything, they should get points for going to set/strike as well as fulfilling their duties, because set/strike is a big thing, especially the setting. I know they're required to go, but instead of giving everyone the same points, just allow them to get the same points as the actors that attend set/strike.
