I started setting up my entertainment deely today. One smal problem. Theres two large peices, C and D, that make up the top and bottom parts of the unit. But instead of getting these two different pieces, I got two D's and no C. For some reason, perhaps the fact that my *brilliant* sister put the idea in my head, I decided that C and D are the same piece and just have different names in the instructions so you dont get confused when reading it. As far as I could tell, the pieces should have the same holes in them. More or less anyway. So I just sorta followed the instructions till about step 12 when I had to put piece C on top of the other stuff thats been built. Basically, some parts from the preexisting stuff is supposed to poke over the top of piece C, but when we tried to put the top on (D, but it was supposed to be C) the little thingies would just not poke through the hole.
But instead of just calling the manufacturer and telling them they gave me the wrong piece, my once again brilliant sister came up with a plan. Just make the stupid holes bigger. So we tried basically making a bigger hole with the electric screwdriver. That didnt make it big enough. We figured that if we could get the part holding the screw head through the hole it would make it big enough, but it just wasnt goin through. So we tried the largest screw the kit had... still didnt work. So Lis found a giant screwdriver, so we tried to just manually make the holes bigger using the screwdriver, but that was taking too long. However, once we made the hole slightly bigger with the giant manual screw driver, it was easy to get more of the electric screwdriver in the hole. Thus making it bigger.
And when I saw "we" I really mean my sister. Actually, the girl was taking disturbing pleasure in penetrating that wood with her screw driver. The look on her face while she was doing it was... yea.
Speaking of my sister... today was just a weird day with me and her. Like this morning we worked on painting her. Full body paintingness. So she was just wearing her underwear. And I was paining all over the place. And she kept on randomly bouncing (not literally) and saying "Boobies!!"
And shortly after I started working on my unit deely she randomly came into my room and we talked for a second. Then before she left she randomly groped me! And by randomly groped me I mean she touched *my* boobs! I think I have an idea of what possesed her to do it. Besides the fact that theyre so nice and irresitable i mean.
Oh yea, entertainment unit stuff. We got the things through the holes, but then needed new holes that we had nothing to help us with. So I'm just gonna call the number on the instructions sometime on monday so I can get the damned piece. And probably take care of a few other things. But I still put the TV in there today. And played some Katamari Damacy!! I love that game. I still need to do all sorts of shit for the old room, but at least it's starting to get done. I'm on a roll now! I hope.
I moved my bed last night tho. I think its better fung shui now than it was before. By a whole lot. As far as the energy flow bein better anyway. Feels a ton less cluttered. Unfortuantely, I can hear a lot from the rest of the house. Which was kinda a bummer since my parents stayed up till 1 last night (dad had to go in for work, and he came home late), and then they get up at like 8. But other than that I really like what I'm doin with the place.
It makes me feel happy.
And Comic Con is comin up!!!!
Which means boys as far as the eye can see. Most of them are geeky.

Geekiness can be so cute!
Although, only really in a male. And even then, it's really moreso because it is males. And enthusiam! A winning combiation.
